I’m still really enjoying this series. Although my Nightcrawler bias might be showing.

Batgirl Wanted is over. Now let’s see what gothtopia is all about.

Very excited for this one.

Superman/Wonder Woman #1

Look. I didn’t want to get this comic but being the lover of comics and fan of Wonder Woman, I’m curious to see what they’ve done.

Smallville Season 11 #18

DC Comics. Written by Bryan Q. Miller. Art by Jorge Jimenez. Cover by Cat Staggs.

Smallville_Season_11 18

It’s hard to keep up with this comic because it’s out every Friday digitally before being compiled in print every month. I am a fan of this Wonder Woman arc which I came back for.

Batman #24

DC Comics. Written by Scott Snyder & James Tynion IV. Art by Greg Capullo & Rafael Albuquerque. Cover by Greg Capullo.

Batman #24

It’s part 4 of Zero Year. One of the few New 52 comics I’ve stuck with since the beginning.

Coffin Hill #1

Vertigo Comics. Written by Caitlin Kittredge. Art by Inaki Miranda. Cover by Dave Johnson.

Very VERY excited for this one because Caitlin Kittredge co-wrote an amazing superhero book that I fell in love with so yeah…she’s got this.

Batgirl #24

DC Comics. Written by Gail Simone. Art by Fernando Pasarin, Jonathan Glapion

batgirl 24

The issue before villain’s month ended on such a cliff hanger! I need to know what happens.

Coffin Hill #1

Vertigo. Written by Caitlin Kittredge. Art by Inaki Miranda

This went on my pull list the minute I heard about it. And the preview in the back of Trillium last week just made me more excited.

Rocket Girl #1

Image Comics. Written by Brandon Montclare. Art by  Amy Reeder

A new female led science fiction series WITH a female creator? Shut up and take my money.

Superman/Wonder Woman #1

DC Comics. Written by Charles Soule. Art by Tony S. Daniel

I’m actually not 100% I’ll be picking this up. The very idea of it is repulsive to me, never mind what a poor job they’ve done promoting it. But I am curious…I won’t know for sure until I actually see it.

Red Sonja #4

Dynamite. Written by Gail Simone. Art by Walter Geovanni

Two Gail Simone titles in one week makes for one happy comic reader.

X-Men #6

Marvel Comics. Written by Brian Wood. Art by David Lopez

x-men 6

I haven’t been following Battle of the Atom so hopefully I won’t be too lost.

With the exception of Superman/Wonder Woman this week is an encouraging week for female comic fans – lots of lady creators and characters to support!
